HIRE OPTION 1 - outdoors

​Firepit, Parachute and Tipi 

£120 P/HOUR

Our firepit field with its billowing, leaf-green parachute and magical 18ft tipi sits at the heart of the farm. Boasting a sweeping view down the valley, stunning wildflower meadows to run wild in, wood-fired sauna, camping fields and facilities... Cwmffrwd Farm can provide you with a truly unique space to celebrate that special occasion with friends and family. A wide range of workshops can also be booked with Pridie.

​The firepit field with its parachute and tipi can be hired for daytime and evening use. Hire is £120p/hour and guests have sole exclusive use of the field they sit within. There is a large standing grill over the fire, a fire pit, benches and rounds to sit on and a table. The tipi has a firepit and rounds inside as well. A fire bucket and table are also provided. Guests can park in the meadow carpark, use all the campsite facilities, and book the sauna as an additional option, should they wish :)

 

Please note that we ask everyone to take their rubbish home with them. Wheelbarrows are provided to move kit up to the area, but all vehicles must park in the meadow carpark. We can assist with heavy kit.

HIRE OPTION 2 - outdoors & indoors

​Exclusive Use of Campsite

including our 17th century hayloft

​

£1600 P/WEEKEND

​The entire campsite can be booked for £1600 from Friday 2pm to Sunday 5pm. This includes all camping pitches (space for 18 units to camp - please note that more units that 18 can be accommodated if smaller units share a pitch), four bell tents (which can sleep up to 4 each), the 17th century hayloft (sleeps 6), and full use of all the facilities. Workshops and sauna can be added as an additional extras. ​​​

When you book exclusive use of the campsite and hayloft, you can choose to pay the £1600 in full at point of booking, or invited guests can individually contact Pridie and pay to book, with the organising party settling the balance to meet the £1600 total if this isn’t met with individual guest bookings.

HIRE OPTION 3 - indoors

​Exclusive Use of hayloft

including use of our wood-fired sauna

£25pp/subject to availablity, 6 people minimum

​

Available weekdays and Sunday afternoons only, subject to availability.

The hayloft and sauna will be booked exclusively for you and your guests.

You will also have full use of the farm's cosy 17th Century Hayloft with its own lounge, kitchen and bathroom. 

​£25pp (minimum six people, maximum nine) for use.

Perfect for local parent and baby groups, book clubs and business team meetings!
