sensory herbalism workshop
These peaceful and relaxing workshops focus on getting to know some of our seasonal plants more intimately, using our senses and intuition as well as practical interaction and creative writing.
We visit a selection of native plants in the meadows; discussing our intuitive observations when we sit quietly beside them, exploring the sensations they provoke when handled, smelt and tasted, and connecting all these characteristics to their medicinal actions and practical use. We'll also dive a little deeper into their folklore and stories.
From five star tinder to ritual teas, healing vinegar, seasonal seasonings, and soothing bite balms, you'll definitely be leaving with a deeper connection to nature!

Her performances encourage a deeper awareness of native plants, trees and the creatures, blending myth and ecology into something both timeless and urgently relevant.
Pridie tells tales at several festivals around the country, loves nothing more than sharing stories at community events, tucks guests up with folktales around the fire at fabulous retreats, and always enjoys working with The Woodland Trust and Bannau Brycheiniog National Park!
