This is burlesque with a difference. Explore wild, primal dance—tapping into the rhythm of your heartbeat, the pulse of the earth, and the fire in your soul. This session will lead you step-by-step beyond inhibition into wild expression. Summon the courage to take up space and wake your inner wild woman! This is about stepping into a bolder, freer version of yourself. No prior dance experience needed—we will guide you through the steps.

Wild Woman Sauna with Pridie & Jodie

Let the heat envelope you, soften you, open you.

Here, in the warmth of the sauna, we surrender—allowing the sweat to cleanse not only our skin but our spirits.
As the steam rises, so do the ancient stories of sensuality. You will hear myths of women across time and culture—goddesses, priestesses, and rebels who embraced their pleasure without apology.
There is also an optional cold bath/shower alongside the sauna—shocking, refreshing, and utterly exhilarating.
